Bread : 6 to 8 slices
Aloo (potatoes) : 3 to 4 nos.
Jeera : 1 tea spoon
Onions : 1 no.
Haldi : 1\2 tea spoon
Chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1 tea spoon (as per taste)
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
Fresh coriander : 2 table spoons (finely chopped)

Oil : 1 table spoon
Butter or ghee
Boil aloo and mash it well. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan. Add a tea spoon of jeera. Let it splutter, add chopped onions and fry until it turns to pink in color. Add ginger garlic paste stir, cook for few secs. and add haldi, chilli powder. Now add mashed potatoes and salt. Mix well switch off the flame and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Now spread this mixture on one slice of bread, and cover it with another slice. Apply butter or ghee on the both the outer sides and toast it in a sandwich maker,
Tasty, yummy aloo sandwiches are ready.............Serve hot with sauce to ketchup
